Mr. McCreary represents business entities and individuals in a wide
variety of legal matters including general business, litigation,
employment, health care, estate planning, and probate matters. Mr.
McCreary also advises small businesses, medical professionals and
governmental entities in many areas of the law.
A
graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, Mr. McCreary
received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1998. While at law school, Mr.
McCreary served as an editor on The Tennessee Law Review and graduated
magna cum laude. Mr. McCreary received his Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science, cum laude, from David Lipscomb University in 1995.
Mr.
McCreary has served in a variety of community service and civic
organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the
local chapter of the American Red Cross. He was a member of the
Murfreesboro Morning Rotary Club and served on its Board of Directors
and is actively involved in activities through his church.
Mr.
McCreary is a member of the American, Tennessee and Rutherford County
Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before all Tennessee State
Courts, the Federal District Court, Middle Division of Tennessee and
the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
